Rumesh's pep talk

Asian Cricket Council Development Officer Rumesh Joseph Ratnayake was in the country for five days. His purpose of the visit was to evaluate the development of the local coaches, cricket administration, development plan and program for the Bhutan Cricket. He also conducted net session and match situation practice with U-19 boys.

BCCB presented developing program for new coaches with Rumesh and he will be putting up the proposal with ACC for approval. He was impressed with Bhutan Cricket and asked the administration to develop coaches so that they can in-return develop new players. He will make another visit on September for Level 1 Coaching Course only if level 0 coaches are ready for the course.
The former national Coach Baba Mazhir Sourjah along with Ashish and Lance (club player) was here in kingdom for almost three weeks tour to work with U19 boys.
