Kencho Norbu Battling Hard against Saudi Arabia

Bhutan lost to Saudi Arabia by 8 wickets in the semi-final of ACC U-19 Challenge Cup, after winning the toss Bhutan elected to bat first, Thinley Jamtsho couldn’t make a progressive starts and was bowled out, Dechen Wangchuk and Kencho Norbu started to build a partnership when Dechen Wangchuk was caught. Sushil sharma showed some big hitting but could not last long, then Jigme Singye and Kencho start budding partnership but Kencho fell after scoring 44 runs bowled by Emad. In next over Jigme Singye was caught at mid-off and Bhutan were 88 for 6 eventually being all out for 93 runs from 30 overs.

Saudi Arabia started well and Bhutan Sushil Sharma got the first breakthrough in 7 overs, U.Khalid steered home with 41 runs and achieve in 14.4 overs, Sushil Sharma and Sisir Raj Gurung took one wicket each.
